The research has revealed the сrystallographic structure of a gingival crevicular and parodontal pocket fluid in normal state and at inflammatory periodontal diseases. Features of the general organization of crystal structures of a gingival crevicular and parodontal pocket fluid are defined at healthy periodontal tissues, markers of pathological conditions are revealed at inflammation of periodontal tissues. Сharacteristics of computer processing of the received images of a crystallographic structure are defined. Results of researches are compared with the data of clinical examination.
